Established patients are able to view their child's medical record, including visit summaries, lab results, immunization records, medications, growth chart, and Child Nurturing Guide through our secure Patient Portal. Our Portal also gives you an opportunity to send a secure message to clinic staff regarding your child's next well child appointment, referral to a specialist, medication refill, or billing question. If you need help signing up for your secure account, just call the clinic. We are happy to help!
