Insurance & Billing

Please bring your insurance card to every visit so we can bill correctly for your child’s healthcare. If your insurance requires a copay, it is due at the time of service. Statements are sent monthly for any balances remaining after insurance payment. If you need more than 60 days to pay your account, or if you do not have insurance, one of our Billing Coordinators will meet with you privately to set up a payment plan.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or debit/credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please speak to one of our Billing Coordinators for details. We are happy to file insurance claims for your reimbursement.
