About CAC

Founded in 1978, Child and Adolescent Clinic has provided high quality pediatric care to children and families for over four decades. We serve patients at two locations, our main office in Longview, Washington and our satellite office in Vancouver, Washington.

Our Vancouver office is located in Medical Office Building A on the fourth floor of the Legacy Salmon Creek campus. While Vancouver provides direct patient care on site, it is fully supported by our Longview office. Longview houses our Human Resources, Billing, Administration, Referrals, Nurse Advice, and a dedicated phone team that serves both locations. This structure allows us to maintain more than 40 support staff members in Longview, while our Vancouver office operates with up to 15 staff members on site and is supported by the full resources of our main office.

We are committed to ensuring access to pediatric care for all children and welcome new patients regardless of insurance type. Our providers practice using the Pediatric Patient Centered Medical Home model of care to provide coordinated and comprehensive support that helps families raise happy, healthy children.
